Welcome!
The San Francisco Bay Area is one of the country’s true epicurean centers. The best restaurants, the freshest foods, and the most innovative chefs – all can be found right here in Northern California. None of this would be possible, of course, without the most important ingredient of all: a populace that has a profound appreciation for, and sophistication about, fine dining in all of its forms. Whether it’s in a four star restaurant, a neighborhood spot serving cutting edge cuisine, or a home kitchen, Bay Area residents thoroughly enjoy a great meal.

I was an honorary guest at the exquisite "Four Star Tour" on Nov 12 and must say I absolutely enjoyed each and every dish with great pleasure. My favorite had to be the Chilled Crab with Mango, Red Onion & Creme Fraiche, because it was light, refreshing, and included my two personal favorites, crab and mango together. I could really savor the matching flavors together. In terms of the other dishes, the filet mignon with risotto was a treat with its rich yet not too heavy feel, and its substance-ness as the main dish of the meal. I am not a great fan of extreme sweetness so the orange lavender cappuccino and maple syrup flavored egg were less appealing to me but still wonderful because of the delicate quantity.
Thank you for creating such a special meal for all of us.
